The Ark Collection currently has 3 concepts within the Copenhagen dining scene.

Restaurant Ark is our Green Michelin flagship, here guests can expect a friendly experience surrounded by Danish design, and a menu based on tasting dishes, driven by seasons and both local and global influences. At our bar you can enjoy unique, natural and/or bio dynamic wines, unconventional beers from our friends at Mikkeller and a Nordic inspired cocktail menu.

Lupa is a bistro re-envisioned. Focusing completely on plant based cuisine, with a high level of craftsmanship and friendly service. Here guests can enjoy both a set menu and ‘a la carte’ items as well as brunch on weekends. We offer an outdoor seating area on a tranquil Østerbro square during the summer.

Beyla Bar & Eatery is our casual plant based concept in the up-and-coming Carlsberg Byen area, serving classic food favorites, but with our twist.

Opportunities

  • Are you more than just a manager? Do you have a vibrant personality that can light up a room? We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead with a smile, charm our guests, and elevate the dining experience.

    At the ARK Collection we want to keep pioneering the plant based scene in Denmark.  We believe that by posing a unique, positive and attractive approach to the plant based narrative, we continue to dissolve stereotypes, and exceeds expectations.

    We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at the beginning of 2024. Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced, customer centric restaurant is a must. We expect the candidate to be the bridge between FOH and BOH, to prioritise customer satisfaction, understand ordering and schedule management, to build a team in a sustainable and education forward manner. A person with initiative, and a drive to succeed. A high level of knowledge in wine, specifically natural, is a major plus. 

    There is sponsorship potential for the right candidate though applications with current working rights in Denmark will be prioritised.

  • We are currently looking for motivated and highly experienced waiters to join our professional team. You will have the opportunity to work in an international team in what are set to become some of the best plant based dining experiences in the world. Our focus is to deliver the best quality produce with attentive, knowledgeable and friendly service to ensure that our guests have an incredible dining experience.

    To be considered for this opportunity you must have:

    - Passion for high quality customer service
    - Initiative and an enthusiastic attitude
    - Minimum 1 years previous experience in either fine dining or high quality and fast paced restaurants
    - Great communication skills, innovative and open mindset
    - Respect for your team members
    - Quick learner and ability to juggle competing priorities

    This position includes weekend and evening shifts.

    This position includes

    Running food and drinks to tables
    Presentation of dishes, wines and cocktails
    Clearing tables once guests have finished
    Interacting with guests and ensuring an enjoyable restaurant experience
    Weekend and evening shifts.
